Collection of Your Information

Data Privacy Consent

We may collect information about you in various ways. In compliance with the Data Privacy Act (DPA) of 2012 and Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012, and their Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), you consent to the following data collection:

Personal Data

This includes demographic and personally identifiable information (e.g. name, email) that you voluntarily provide through activities such as forms, chats, comments, surveys, and feedback. Data shared in public areas of the Application may be accessible to others. We use this data to validate your identity and determine eligibility to use the Application.

Geo-Location Information

We may request location access to provide relevant services. This may occur continuously or only while the Application is in use. You can modify access via your device settings.

Device Access

We may request access to device features such as your front and rear cameras. Camera access is required to verify that the user matches their provided identification. If access is denied, certain functionalities may not be available.

Images captured for verification are processed securely, stored with encryption, and not shared with third parties unless legally required.

Push Notifications

We may send you push notifications regarding your account or the Application. You may disable these via your device settings.

Consent & Data Collection Mechanism

You provide explicit consent by actively confirming acceptance during account creation or via an in-app consent notice. You may withdraw this consent at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Use and Disclosure of Your Information

We use your information to improve your experience, but we will not disclose your personal data to external parties unless (i) with your consent, (ii) required by law, or (iii) previously communicated. We strive to protect your data, but we are not responsible for third parties with whom you choose to share your information.

Google Calendar Integration

Our app integrates with Google Calendar to allow users to sync and view their personal events within the app. When a user connects their Google account, we request read-only access to their calendar events using Google’s OAuth 2.0 system. We only access basic event metadata, including:

This data is used solely to display a synchronized view of the user’s schedule within the app. We do not create, edit, or delete calendar events. We also do not access guest lists, attachments, or calendar settings. Synced calendar data is stored securely in our cloud database, tied to the authenticated user’s account, and is not shared with any third parties. Users can revoke calendar access at any time via their Google Account settings, and they may request data deletion via the app's settings or by contacting support.

Synced calendar data is stored securely in our cloud database, tied to the authenticated user’s account. All calendar data is encrypted at rest and in transit and is accessible only to the authenticated user. Users can revoke calendar access at any time via their Google Account settings, and they may request data deletion via the app's settings or by contacting support.

With your express consent, and when legally justified, your information may be used and shared with affiliates or partners under these circumstances:

Comments or other content you post publicly may be viewed by all users and may be shared externally.

Third-Party Advertisers

We may allow third-party advertising companies to serve ads in the Application. These may use cookies and similar technologies to personalize ads based on your interests.

Affiliates and Partners

As the Application operates as a financial marketplace, affiliates and partners will have access to the data you provide. These entities are required to comply with this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include parent companies, subsidiaries, and joint ventures. Partners include financial institutions and other business collaborators.

Offer Wall

The Application may display a third-party-hosted “offer wall” with promotional content in exchange for virtual rewards. When accessed, you may leave the Application and share limited identifiers (e.g. user ID) with the provider to track activity.

Other Third Parties

We may share data with advertisers or investors for business analysis or marketing purposes, in accordance with applicable law.

Sensitive Data Protection Mechanisms

Security of Your Information

We implement a combination of administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal and sensitive data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include but are not limited to:

  1. Data Encryption in Transit and at Rest: All sensitive data—including personal identifiers, calendar metadata, and location data—is encrypted using industry-standard protocols (e.g., HTTPS/TLS for data in transit and AES-256 for data at rest on our servers)
  2. Authentication and Access Controls: Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only, based on the principle of least privilege. All access is logged and monitored for security purposes.
  3. Secure Google OAuth Integration: When accessing your Google Calendar, we use Google’s OAuth 2.0 secure authorization protocol. Your calendar data is never shared with third parties and is stored only in an encrypted format.
  4. Anonymization and Aggregation: When used for analytics, your data is anonymized or aggregated to prevent identification of individuals.
  5. Device Permissions Transparency: The app only requests device permissions necessary for its core functionality (e.g., camera access for identity verification). You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time from your device settings.
  6. Data Minimization: We collect only the minimum personal data required to provide the service, in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and other applicable regulations.
  7. Secure Infrastructure: Our cloud infrastructure is hosted on secure servers with industry-compliant data protection certifications.
  8. Regular Security Reviews: We conduct periodic audits, security testing, and vulnerability assessments to ensure ongoing compliance and resilience against emerging threats.
